Kelly was hired as the Village Treasurer on September 24, 2018. The Village Treasurer is under the general supervision of the Village Council. She coordinates and performs the treasury functions of the Village, ensures accurate accounting of all Village funds, collects taxes.
Position serves as DPW Secretary / Billing Clerk and Village Assessor.
