Matt Grovensteen, Chief of Police
		Matt was hired as a part time officer in 1995 and appointed to the position of Chief of Police on April 16, 2007. The Chief of Police is under the general direction of the Village Council. Matt oversees the day to day of operation of the Department. Email: mgrovesteen@otisvillevillage.org
Lt. Randy Smith
		Randy retired as a Genesee County Sheriff's Deputy in 2006. He was then hired by the village in April of 2008. Email: rsmith@otisvillevillage.org
